Production Time

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by the artist to your personal specifications. Therefore, it may take 2-3 weeks for your item to be made and shipped to you. 

Shipping

You will be charged a flat rate of $20 per order for domestic shipping. For international or other shipping needs please Contact Us.  

Exchanges

Since each order is handcrafted to your specifications, refunds are not available. However, you may exchange your purchase within seven business days of receiving your item for another item that is of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.

All exchanges must be shipped prepaid and insured up to the value of the item. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.
